My Garden is once again moving

This past year my family has faced many challenges. Life-altering challenges. And so my hubby and I are picking up our Nevada roots and headed back east to be near family.

I had hoped this year to talk more about my high-desert garden here in my blog, but I haven't done much gardening period.

However, my daughter needs help in her garden and I am so looking forward to coming to her rescue when we once again live in Ohio. Don't be surprised if you see posts popping up as I once again am able to dig my hands into rich Ohio dirt!

Happy gardening to all my faithful followers and keep your eyes open for future blogs!

2015 - The New Year

For me, 2014 was a year of hard knocks, hard choices, and even harder trials.  So when I look back at my blog and found I had stopped publishing Romancing Summer back in October, it was no surprise to me.  But I now have scheduled the remainder of Romancing Summer on Tuesdays and Thursdays all the way through the first day of spring where I will kick-off the new spring season on my Garden tab “Life Began in a Garden”.

As plants and trees need the winter season to rejuvenate and restore, so do I. I hope you enjoy the remainder of Romancing Summer and I look forward to seeing you in the spring when the air is warmer and the promise of new growth is right beneath the frozen crust on your soil. Until then, you’ll find me delving through seed catalogues, reading up on new gardening techniques, and planning my 2015 garden.

Blessings to all of you in this new year!
